Trouble accessing account in Novel

If you’re having trouble accessing your account in Novel, follow the steps below.

1. Go to Novel and click ‘Forgot Password’, alternatively, you can also click the link below  https://live.novelapp.co.uk/reset-password

2. Enter the username you signed up with and click Send Code

‍

3. Now you should receive a code to reset your password sent to the email address you used to sign up to Novel.

‍

4. Enter the code into the Code field and create a New Password.

‍

5. You will be redirected to the login screen where you should enter your username and the newly changed password and press Login.
